Here’s a little more about us
I’m Tim Wilson and the founder and Director of Roderick Wilson Tree Surgery Limited. I recently started up this Limited company having previously traded with my father Roderick Wilson as the Roderick Wilson Tree Surgeon & Forestry Contractor partnership.My father originally established his business in 1984 and our office/yard is located on the Dagnall Road in Great Gaddesden on the outskirts of the Ashridge Estate.
The company has been working for the National Trust on the Ashridge Estate for over 30 years and has had a wealth of experience working in the Home Counties area. We have also worked for our Local and Parish Councils, Management Companies, Schools, Resident Associations, Golf clubs and Hotels. We achieved an Approved Contractors Scheme status to the Arboricultural Association in 2010 are part of the Safe Contractor approved scheme and in 2017 we managed to get our CHAS accreditation.

Director
Tim started out working for his father at the age of 16 as a groundsman he then went quickly onto train as a climber after a few years they went into partnership together up until Tim decided to startup his own business in April 2017 trading under Roderick Wilson Tree Surgery Ltd.
Tom Milburn
Lead Climber
Tom has been working for Tim for 5 years now and is our lead climber, he has a passion for climbing and is a very hard working/dedicated member of the team.
Trevor Chamberlain
Groundsman
Trevor also started working for us in October 2017 and has become a competent groundsman
mostly working alongside Tom.
